拔印浆客户常见问题：

一、拔印不够白，拔印出来泛黄
因为各种布料染料不一样，所以有一些布可能会泛黄，这个现像有两种情况，一是拔******可能加的比例少了，加大比例试试能否解决，二是确实不能拔的再白了，可以加些白色的色种即可解决。

二、为什么有上些布拔不出效果，或是没有拔印反应？
也有些布可能会拔不出来，或只拔去一些很浅的颜色，是因为布的染料的活性，所以拔不出来

三、印完后什么��候烘干效果最好？
印完后最好是八成干左右用烘干机180度15秒洪干或过压烫机150度10秒效果最好，因为浆和粉正好渗入布里面，完全干后效果会差点。

四、拔印浆和粉的比例如何加比较好？
一般棉布比例为94：6视布的染料可适当调整粉的添加量。牛仔拔白的比例粉一般加12%-15%

五、彩拔加色浆后，做出来洗水会掉色怎么解决
可以加入洗水助剂或固色剂即可

六、圆网机印花时，出现堵网结块现像，不下浆，或印出来的花不整齐
可能是天气太热或浆干得太快造成，可以加入纯净水或尿素5%-10%即可解决（尿素可以起到保温作用）
